Meet Shamin

In my second phase of life I fell in love with fitness and movement as a way to manage life’s stressors and reconnect with myself. This lead me to becoming a Fitness Instructor and later a Registered Yoga Teacher, Mindfulness Meditation and Breathwork Facilitator- now with over 15 years experience.

I am dedicated to my own physical and mental wellness through yoga and movement and love to share these transformative practices with others. 

My teachings reflect a genuine commitment to guiding individuals on their personal journeys toward balance and mindfulness.

My zest for life extends beyond the gym and yoga mat. Whether it's paddling through serene waters, exploring scenic trails or spending time on the golf course, I thrive on the exhilaration and bounty of mother nature. 

I embody a holistic lifestyle that harmonizes physical activity, mindful practices, alternative healing practices and therapeutic nutrition. My journey is a testament to the transformative power of embracing wellness in all its facets.
