Out of my home studio in Lake Bonavista Calgary Alberta, I specialize in small group classes and private sessions, tailoring programs to meet individual needs.

  • Tuesdays 9:30-10:15am Resistance Class

  • Saturdays 10:30-11:30 Resistance & Yoga 

Personalized Programs

  • 8 week personalized Strength Training Programs paying attention to your goals and taking into consideration your strengths and weaknesses, I will create and review an 8 week program for you. This is your program to use in your home gym or at your gym. Exercises will take into consideration your equipment and may include Cardio, High/Low Intensity Intervals etc. There is an option to workout with me at my home studio as well. Pricing various depending on number of days involved.

Private Sessions

  • Private Sessions are customized to you and/or your group’s needs. Whether you are looking for 1-1 training, corporate sessions for team building and employee engagement programs or sports teams needing to improve their sport specific movements; I will work with you to create resistance, yoga, meditation and/or breathwork sessions tailored to your needs and goals.
