Wellness Retreats Rooted in Connection, Self-Care & Nature

I’ve hosted five transformative wellness retreats in breathtaking destinations including Kananaskis, Canmore, Banff (Alberta), and Palm Springs, California. These retreats are designed to nourish the whole self — mind, body, and soul — through intentional experiences that foster both inner connection and meaningful community.

Each retreat combines yoga and movement, mindfulness and meditation workshops, mindset exercises, sound baths, Reiki, and thoughtful conversations around health and nutrition. These practices create space for self-discovery, personal growth, and deep rest.

Connection is at the heart of everything I do — connection to self, to nature, and to others. Through group activities, and open, supportive spaces, participants form authentic relationships and a strong sense of belonging.

We also embrace adventure and restoration with activities like hiking, biking, cooking classes, and plenty of downtime to unwind in nature or poolside.

My goal is to offer more than just a getaway — I aim to create a rejuvenating, heart-opening experience that leaves you feeling balanced, empowered, and truly connected.
